Chrome: Link to arbitrary text on page

Today I learned that you can link to arbitrary text on a page in Chrome by using the #:~:text= URL fragment.

This page is not very long, but if you want to link to the paragraph above, you can use the following URL:

#:~:text=Today%20I%20learned,fragment
